Lot 79
In keeping with our continuous improvement efforts, Lot 79 is our most impressive home yet. With a total of nearly 3800 square feet, you can enjoy the breathtaking ocean view from just about anywhere in the house. Each of the three bedrooms have their own ensuite baths plus either custom built-in cabinetry or walk-in closets. There is also a powder room for the convenience of guests that brings the total to four washrooms. The main floor features a large custom cedar kitchen with tropical Caribbean granite counters that opens right up to the covered terrace with infinity pool. The floating staircase to the second storey is surrounded by glass giving a panoramic view of both mountain and ocean. The second level features both a second master bedroom suite, as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen that arguably boasts the best view in this villa.
It is difficult to put a name to the style of this house, as it includes some of our greatest hits from previous projects, as well as some first-time winners. Worth noting is the careful attention paid to designing the roof lines of the home. Balancing form and function, the goal here was to create harmony between the sloping angles that play off one another to create a rich, grand and exotic curb appeal, with the functionality of drainage, air flow and overall structural integrity. All completed and sold to happy new owners, we are proud of this masterpiece, but sad to have let it go!
